Publisher Julie Marr Biography

Originally from Sioux City, Iowa, has lived all over the country and has been in the map business since the age of 22 starting in Los Angeles, California, then to Broward County Florida, representing Broward City Tourism and starting her own business, Aerial 7 marketing/publishing which evolved to Aerial 7 Logo Maps.

She’ worked for Teall’s and in the Chesapeake Bay area from Anapolis, MD to Boston Mass, Maine and South to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, and Orlando.
Moved back to Omaha, Ne. in 1992 and did the first maps of Omaha with the endorsement of Eppley Airport, Hertz Rental Cars and the Historical Society, and the General Cook House.

The company is now based in Sioux City, Iowa and covers a Tri State territory for maps.

There is no charge “usually” to the communities for designing a map of their community unless for specific reasons. We hold endorsements and referralls from AAA Motor Club, Iowa Dept. of Tourism, and the support of all local chambers and City Halls and City councils in every community.

Time from start to finish in designing a map and selling the ads is usually two to six months.
