Aerial Seven Maps started in 1984 in Los Angeles, California by Julie Marr-Potter (click here to see Julie's Biography)- who was inspired mostly to do business through her friends and father Al Verzani a city planner from Sioux City, Iowa and a printer of 25 years at Verzani Printing and Lithography. Julie and her dad got together and created the idea of the logo maps so people could find where businesses were. The idea was such a easy and user friendly concept to visitors and the community that the idea was born into a business.

Julie worked at the printing company with her 5 brothers and sisters since the age of 10 years old, learning all the aspects of printing, advertising and production. Her father made the first map of Sioux City.

Since Aerial Seven Maps started in 1984 Julie has made numerous maps all over the United States, including West Palm Beach Ca., Virginia Beach Va. area, Annapolis Md., Boca Raton Florida, Omaha Ne., Okoboji Ia., and the heart of the Midwest -Siouxland. The business of Aerial Seven is a family run company whos focus is always on your business.
